Glantz will join us on Thursday, March 1 to kick off Celebrating Women Month. She recently shared her thoughts on being a bridesmaid, weddings and her nomadic lifestyle.

What is your favorite memory as a professional bridesmaid?
I love hearing couples read their vows. It's the sweetest part of the wedding!

What advice do you have for bridesmaids to ensure the wedding experience is the best for the bride and the bridesmaid?
Be open and honest with the bride about how much you can commit to this role. That way you can set expectations and not have to worry about making the bride upset. Be a good friend and find ways to cut the budget down so that you and the other bridesmaids aren't spending a ton of money on someone else's wedding.

What do you think are realistic expectations for a bride to have of their bridesmaids?
Just to be the best possible friend that they can be. In the end, that's what a bridesmaid should do for the bride - regardless of how much money they can spend or how much time they have.

What is the best advice you would like to share with others who starting a new business?
Start now and break down your goals in baby steps. Promise that you won't give up even when it feels easy to.

Every 30 days you are living in a new city - how is this going?
In August I sold 90% of my belongings and have decided to live in a new city every single month. I've lived in Brooklyn, Portland, Austin, L.A. It's been a true learning experience that's helped me ditch my comfort zone. It's also made me realize how little I miss when it comes to the belongings I gave up.
