Boot Camp No Thrills Just Drills! Join our instructor, Monico Evans for a killer mix of cycling, jogging, jump roping, calisthenics, free weights, med balls and whatever else he can dream up! Please note there are no classes on April 12, 13 & May 28. Classes will take place in the gymnasium, Studio J, Group Exercise Room, Cycling Studio and outdoors. Class Options

New Active Adult Programs The ERJCC offers a wide variety of classes to improve strength, balance, stability, stamina, health and resilience. We have a whole new series of “Active Adult” classes that include working on your memory, blood sugar regulation, reducing anxiety and improving sleep. The National Institute of Health and the National Institute on Aging recommend that adults in the 50+ population get 2.5 hours of moderate intensity endurance exercise each week. Check out our NEW list of classes for Winter/Spring 2012.

Tryouts and Auditions for Team Houston, the local delegation of athletes and artists participating in the 2012 JCC Maccabi Games & ArtsFest has begun! Click here for the Games tryout schedule.
