The ERJCC Houston Fitness Center offers a wide variety of clases including yoga, pilates, cardio, Zumba, BodyPump™, spin, strength training and water fitness. All Group Exercise and Mind, Body & Spirit classes are FREE for Fitness Center members.

A new unique and exciting form of exercise that combine Pilates, Yoga and ballet. |
| Power/Yinyasa Yoga |
Power Yoga is yoga for strength and endurance to sweat away accumulated clutter in the mind and body and promote expansion with intense breathing. This is an intermediate-to-advanced class that is faster paced than the typical Hatha Yoga class. Vinyasa Flow is a heat-building, graceful expression of yoga and helps build determination, focus and a total yoga body. |
