Building Access

For security reasons, all ERJCC members will need a current photo ID Membership Card to enter exterior doors with swipe access and to present to ERJCC staff upon request. Membership cards only take a few minutes to process. For your convenience, the Membership Department is open between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In addition, the receptionist at the front desk can also process photo ID Membership Cards after 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Please note:

1. The exterior glass doors at the south side entrance of the building will remain locked and can only be accessed with a swipe card.

2. Main Lobby Doors - Monday through Friday, no access into the building prior to 7:00 a.m. Alternate entrance is through the Fitness Center or the glass doors at the south side entrance (indoor pool hallway) with card swipe. The doors will remain unlocked until 9:00 p.m. at which point they will be an exit only. 

3. Saturdays - access into the building will be either through the Fitness Center or through the glass doors at the south side entrance (indoor pool hallway) with card swipe. The Main Lobby doors will remain locked throughout the day. Building hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all recreational facilities.

*4. Sundays - no access into the Weingarten building prior to 9:00 a.m. All recreational facilities open at 8:00 a.m with access through the south hallway or Fitness Center with your membership card. The Main Building and Fitness Center close at 6:00 p.m. and Tennis Center closes at 8:00 p.m.
