| Director of Development |
The ERJCC (agency budget of $14 million) has an immediate opening for a Director of Development. This person will continue to execute our fundraising and stewardship strategy to secure financial support and strengthen relationships with donors and prospects. This position is part of the agency leadership team and is critical in representing the ERJCC with foundations, corporations and individuals. The director supervises 2.5 FTE's and reports directly to the Executive VIce President. Excellent benefits including on-site child care and fitness center. This newly created position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the ERJCC’s Fitness and Tennis facilities. This position is involved in the day-to-day operations, program planning and development. Supervises four full-time management staff, works closely with membership/sales and marketing professionals. Manages operating budget in excess of $1.5 million. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in sports/fitness management with related educational background. Salary commensurate with experience.
