Membership Dues
Dues can be debited monthly from a checking account. You may pay in full by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Membership is neither refundable nor transferable. Refunds cannot be issued for non-use of the facilities. All memberships are valid for a minimum of one year from the date of registration, unless otherwise indicated. Financial Assistance
Based on current financial need and is reassessed each year. Please contact the Membership Office for further information. Applications and discussions are held in complete confidence. No one is denied membership due to inability to pay established rates.

Additional Fees
Will be charged for classes, workshops and programs and are due at time of registration. Fees and services are subject to change. Click here for a complete listing of classes and programs.

Membership Renewal
ERJCC memberships automatically renew for the following year on the anniversary date for another continuous year. If you wish to terminate your membership upon renewal, you must give 30 days written notice prior to renewal date.
 
Reciprocity
If you travel outside the Houston area, most of the more than 275 JCC's across North America will honor your membership for up to two weeks. We will extend the same courtesy to guests from outside the Houston area when they present a valid JCC membership card. Don't forget to carry your card with you when visiting other cities. 

Perks
7 Year Member: We offer a 7-year renewal program to recognize those who have been members for 7 consecutive years. We will reward them with $50 in ERJCC Bucks good toward programs, classes or membership renewal. 

15 Year Member: We offer a 15-year renewal program that recognizes members with Gold Card Member privileges including: Select ERJCC Book Fair Programs, two tickets per family (based on availability, some restrictions apply); $100 in class fee coupons per year (non-transferable); 10% discount on all regularly priced Essence purchases; buy one, get one free ticket (of equal or lesser value) on selected Dance Series performances (based on availability, some restrictions apply); buy one, get one free ticket (of equal or lesser value) for any Children’s Performing Art Series Performance; and two Health Center Guest Passes (JCC members must accompany their guest).

In-Town Guests
$6 children ages 13 and under, $9 adults and children 14 and over. Two visits maximum for each guest annually (limit 2 guests per visit). Sorry, no guests on Saturdays.  Click here for more information... 

Out-of-Town Guests
Please make arrangements in advance with the Membership Office to receive guest passes for out-of-town guests. When sponsored by a member in good standing, an out-of-town visitor who is not a member of another JCC, may receive free membership privileges for a period not exceeding 14 days. After 14 days, for extended guest periods contact Membership Services at 713-729-3200, ext. 3220. The total guest period cannot exceed 30 days. 

Photo IDs
All members are required to carry a Membership Card while at the Center. Non-transferable, bar coded, photo ID membership cards are issued to all ERJCC members age 7 and older approximately 30 days from the date of joining. Stop by the Membership Office Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., or Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. to take your photo. For additional hours see information desk.
