Aqua H.I.T. Adult A High Intensity Training cardio class performed in water to burn calories, fat, strengthens bones and increase cardiovascular endurance.
Boot Camp Adult No Thrills Just Drills Adult A killer mix of cycling, jogging, jump roping, calisthenics, free weights, med balls and whatever else the instructor can dream up!
Cardio Dance Adult An energetic low-impact aerobics class with resistance training and great music.
Deep Water Fitness Adult An up-tempo, energetic, total body workout that improves stamina, muscular strength, range of motion and core stability. Water exercise is a great compliment to any fitness routine! You get a great overall workout without the stress to your joints.
New! Get In Line and Dance Adult Line dance will incorporate all styles of music - Pop, Rock, Latin, Waltz, and of course, a little Country. Open to all ages and levels - we begin with the basic steps and then learn a routine that will be low impact and provide a mental workout as well. Most all of you will have FUN while working out. Get in Shape with Hula Hoop Adult Hip Motion, a hip new way to burn calories and get fit. An energizing, fat-burning cardio and muscle-sculpting workout. Hula hooping is a fun and unique way to work the core due to abdominal and low back involvement. It also shapes your hips and waist. Hip Motion is easy on the joints and hard on the abs. So grab a hoop and start having a blast!
ITri Training Teen/Adult Train to compete in a local Sprint Triathlon. This 10-week program will prepare you to participate in Try Andy's Tri, Sunday, October 14, 2012. Our program includes a weekly group workout on Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m., monthly training calendar, and two open water swim practices. Zumba Adult A combination of Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Cha-Cha, Juapango, Mambo, Conga, Cuban Walk and Bachata. These awesome fun styles are built into a 60-minute workout designed to burn calories and increase your Latin style.
Senior Water Fitness 65+ YRS A moderate tempo, low impact exercise program that will improve aerobic fitness, range of motion and coordination. The class is perfect for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, low back pain or individuals that find weight-bearing exercise difficult. The resistance of the water provides support for the joints while adding intensity to the workout.
Stay Young Through Fitness 65+ YRS A comprehensive fitness and wellness program for seniors. We focus on range of motion, functional strength, cardiovascular fitness and balance. This 55 minute exercise routine can be done in a chair, wheel chair or standing. The first 25 minutes of the program consists of range of motion exercises for all the joints. After a 5 minute break, the remainder of the class consists of a combination of cardiovascular fitness, functional strength training and balance work.
