Pre-K Gymnastics
Diaper Daredevils (with parent participation) Walking - 18 MOS Parents and baby will explore educational and physical surroundings that stimulate the senses and challenge physical movement. We focus on spatial awareness, learning different up, down, rolling activities and locomotor drills. It is quality time well spent, so come join us today! Next step - Tiptoe Toddlers.
Tiptoe Toddlers (with parent participation) 16 - 34 MOS There is nothing like seeing your child's face light up when they explore our gym and all the fun and physical challenges we have for them. This time-tested program actually stimulates a child's physical as well as cognitive abilities. We focus on spatial awareness, locomotor skills, fun and exploration for you and your child. It is quality time well spent, so come join us today! Next step - Mighty Munchkins!
Tumbling Tots (with parent participation) Walking - 3 YRS There is nothing like seeing your child's face light up when they explore our gym and all the fun and physical challenges we have for them. Mighty Munchkins 3 YRS It's time for your child to explore the fun benefits of a positive gymnastics environment all by themselves. We combine expert instructors with the finest gymnastics and play equipment to give your child a valuable experience in basic movement, hand/eye coordination, spatial awareness and beginning gymnastics activities. On to Kindernastics or Red Hots!
Kindernastics 4 - 5 YRS This beginner class mixes great instruction, positive encouragement and exciting fun! Activities based upon proven gymnastics techniques and methodology. You will see your child gain confidence in themselves and develop a love of gymnastics and overall physical activity. You will hear, "Can I go to gymnastics today?" over and over again! Next is Red Hots or a school-age Bronze class!
Red Hots 3 1/2 - 5 YRS For those children who want to advance to our gymnastics teams someday, Red Hots is your class! This twice-a-week program centers on age-appropriate gymnastics training including skill development, strength and flexibility work and a whole lot of positive fun. This class is the next step towards developing a life-long appreciation for physical fitness, or it could be the start of an exciting and developmentally important career in competitive gymnastics. This leads to a school-age Silver Intermediate class or Junior Team level. Instructor approval required.
Children's Gymnastics
Boys (Bronze) Beg Gymnastics KINDERGARTEN+ Introductory classes designed to keep ages together as much as possible so that the student can learn the basics of gymnastics while enjoying the company of their friends. The basics include, but are not limited to: rolls, handstands, inverted skills, cartwheels, body awareness, safety and fitness. A fun once-a-week class to start a long, rewarding gymnastics experience!

Boys (Silver) Inter-Adv Gymnastics GR 1+ This class is for the student who has some gymnastics training and is ready for intermediate type skills and beginning routines. Emphasizing fun and participation, this class keeps the student progressing towards the harder gymnastics skills such as round-off on floor, cast back hip circles on bars and short routines. Usually students beginning from this level are selected for the preparatory groups (Junior Teams) leading to competitive team. This class meets twice a week for optimum learning opportunities. Must be recommended by a staff member.
Girls (Silver) Inter Gymnastics GR 1+ This class is for the student who has some gymnastics training and is ready for intermediate type skills and beginning routines. Girls (Gold) Adv Gymnastics GR 2+ Students that make it to this level are at the top of our recreational program. This level has an open-ended curriculum to make sure the students reach their gymnastics potential. Members of our Junior Team are often chosen from this level. Typical skills at this level are: walkovers, back handsprings on floor, cartwheels on beam and more advanced routine work. This class meets twice a week to give the student a better learning experience. Must be recommended by a staff member.
Girls Junior Team KINDERGARTEN+ Training to compete in a tough sport like gymnastics takes a lot of hard work, dedication, patience and determination. This group is just the place to get ready for the competition! Making sure every skill is just right and developing great strength and flexibility takes a lot of time. Coming twice a week for a total for 4 hours per week is ideal for developing your gymnastics skills and leaving room for other activities that the students might undertake. Must be recommended by a staff member. Class can be paid by monthly EFT.
Level 1 - 2 (Bronze) Recreational Trampoline/Tumbling K - 3 GR This class is for the student who wants to concentrate on developing just their trampoline and tumbling skills. Flying through the air is a common experience felt by these students, resulting in a soft landing in one of our foam-filled pits. This class develops air sense, body awareness, conditioning and leg strength among many basic trampoline skills.
Level 3-4 (Silver) Recreational Trampoline/Tumbling GR 3 + This class is for the student who wants to concentrate on developing just their trampoline and tumbling skills. Flying through the air is a common experience felt by these students, resulting in a soft landing in one of our foam-filled pits. This class develops air sense, body awareness, conditioning and leg strength among many basic trampoline skills. Meeting up to four times a week gives the student greater flexibility in their gymnastics training.
Teen/Adult Gymnastics
Teen/Adult Gymnastics (Beg-Adv) 15 YRS+ "Only for the brave" is the motto for this class! Actually, this class is designed for anyone over the age of 15 who would like to try gymnastics or revisit their gymnastics training of their youth. This is a great place to gain strength and flexibility while having fun with other students and learning new skills. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gymnast, this class is for you. Gymnastics is a lifetime activity and has many benefits for the mind and body. Come give it a try!
NEW! Weekend Warrior Fitness 18 YRS+ This class will provide a new opportunity to build a better you! Gymnastics style exercises in circuit training, obstacle courses, team competitions and Xtreme Gymnastics BodyBuilding for those wanting that ultra fit gymnastics body!
Special Needs
Gymnastics Super Stars Special Needs Parent and child explore a fun world together in the gym and enjoy an introduction to physical play promoting coordination, balance and strength. Full state-of-the-art gymnastics facility and equipment is utilized. Fantastic way to improve motor skills and even cognitive awareness! Excellent way for children with special needs to join the fun and learn to develop and interact with challenging activities and friends. Non-stop action from one activity to another. Open to the public. Shadow could be required for class participation.
