Randy Comensky
Director of Children and Camping Services
Randy has been directing the ERJCC Summer Day Camp since 2009.  He has over 25 years of resident and day camping experience. As the Director of Camp Sabra, Camp Lakeland and our ERJCC Summer Day Camp, Randy has the hands on experience needed to provide the Summer Day Camps with exceptional, quality programming that our parents expect.

Randy was also a participant in the AVI CHAI/Mandel Lekhu Lakhem Senior Fellowship program for JCC Resident Camp Directors, as well as soon to be completing the Jewish Experiential Leadership Institute (JELI) fellowship for JCC management staff.

 
Kathy Sabia
Children and Camping Administrative Assistant
Kathy has been working in the J Camps office since the 2009 camp season.  She is an LSU graduate and enjoys when the tigers lead the SEC.  Prior to the ERJCC, Kathy worked in public education and feels that this experience helped in making the J Camps office a warm and inviting place for everyone.  Whether she is fixing a scraped knee, or helping a child find their lunch, Kathy is the friendly face of our J Camps.  If you ask Kathy why she enjoys what she does, she will tell you “I like interacting with the families and making the J camps office a welcoming environment for everyone”.
