Teen/Adult Ballet II

For the advanced beginner/intermediate level student with 2-3 years previous training in ballet

Students will gain a more complete understanding of ballet technique. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique and alignment and increasing strength, flexibility, rhythm, and musicality.
