Tween and Family Bootcamp, Sun 1:00 PM

Teen Strength and Conditioning:

This class introduces teens ages 13-17 to the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will learn proper form and technique for basic lifts, how to use gym equipment, and how to structure workouts effectively. Classes will be led by one of our certified personal trainers.


Tween and Family Bootcamp:

This course is for kids ages 9-12 with a parent!

A class led by one of our certified personal trainers that teaches basic movement patterns, calisthenics, and body weight exercises in a fun, supportive environment.
