Join Dr. Robert Frangie, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Memorial Hermann Hospital, for a practical discussion on safe movement, injury prevention and strategies to keep your knees and hips strong and healthy. Whether you’re preparing for joint surgery or recovering from a knee replacement, hip replacement, rotator cuff injury or similar condition, learn how to move safely, support your recovery and stay active.

Moving Forward: Exercise & Recovery After Breast Cancer

Join Dr. Nina Tamirisa, Breast Cancer Surgeon UT MD Anderson, for an empowering discussion on the importance of exercise during recovery after breast cancer treatment. Afterwards, enjoy a supportive fitness class for those returning to exercise after breast cancer treatment. Led by Traci Silverman, CETI-certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, the class focuses on safely rebuilding strength, mobility, balance and confidence at your own pace.
