Action Boys (5-7 yrs): Meets two days-a-week to develop to more basics and skills to prepare for joining the Boys Level 4/5 team in future. The boys will utilize gymnastics stations and instruction to learn more skills and focus on flexibility and strength. Focus will be on improving skill sets, esteem and discipline.
