Preschool 1 Swim Class
The Preschool 1 Swim Class is for swimmers ages 3 and 4 with little or no experience in the water. This class focuses on water acclimation, breath control, body positioning and introduction to safety skills. We teach swimmers at this level how to front glide, float on their tummy and back, roll over from their back to front and how to exit the water independently.
