Water fitness classes are going on now at the outdoor pool. These classes are all low impact with a medium intensity. Perfect for anyone looking to get the heart rate up, increase range of motion and enjoy the cooling effect of water.

And for those looking for more intensity with their workout, beginning Aug 30–Sept 27, Blair and Robin will alternate teaching Aqua HIIT at 7:00 AM in the Bertha Alyce Pool. 

Boot Camp

We will also start outside Boot Camp for those that prefer to stick with dry land and prefer their workout to include running, push-ups, pull-ups and, of course, burpees. Workouts will be led by Ulises every Friday at 5:30 AM beginning Friday, Aug 28. Outside location will be announced every week.
