NEW Signature Workouts
Signature Workouts are now available in the Fitness Center. These are short workouts prepared by our Personal Trainers for you to utilize on your own when you are working out in the Fitness Center.
All are designed to be performed as a circuit and can be modified to any level of Fitness. Workouts will change each week and will be created by different trainers. Check the bulletin board by the fitness desk for the current week’s workout.
