Their type of Jiu – jitsu is not for sport but strictly self-defense. In the program\, you will learn to use your voice\, recognize your self-worth and be taught how to deal with others who are threatening your safety. You will learn to be ready to protect yourselves for the “street fight” in case anyone were to attack.
