Fitness Center

Free group exercise and mind/body classes are available at no cost to Health, Sports and Fitness members and Tennis Members (18+ Yrs).  Some of these classes are also available to Program Members or those without a membership at an additional cost.

Class Descriptions 

In Person 

  • Aqua Fitness An energizing and vigorous workout performed in shallow and deep water 
  • Aqua Yoga Traditional standing yoga moves performed in water to add balance 
  • Ball Mat Blast Combination of strength and endurance using a stability ball to help build muscle and burn calories 
  • Basic Pilates Emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance 
  • Body Pump The fastest way in the universe to get in shape! A full body workout with weights 
  • Boot Camp Group workout based on basic body weight exercises. Prepare to run, pull and push to the limit 
  • Cardio Combo/Dance Musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves fused together to create a dynamic workout that's designed for fun 
  • Contemporary Pilates A mid-level mat class that focuses on strengthening abdominals, back, core, hip and pelvic floor muscles 
  • Reformer Pilates The ultimate in range of motion, flexibility and strength 
  • Reformer on the Mat Full body workout that tones, lengthens and strengthens 
  • Row/Rep This 30-minute powerful intense rowing and strength training class has many benefits. For all fitness levels 
  • Stay Young Through Fitness 60+ Formatted for 60+ adults. This total body cardio and strength workout can be done from a chair 
  • Sunrise Cycle Rhythmic cycling to build cardio and muscular endurance 
  • Turn & Burn Push yourself to the limit with this high intensity cycle class
