Package Includes - $410

All prices are based on up to 40 guests (guest include adults & children). All guests are allowed full access to the entire Aquatics Park. You are only paying to be set-up in the area you selected. If members are attending the pool party then they are considered a part of the guest count of 40. A $25 fee for each additional 10 guests will be added on to the total fee. This added fee will be due prior to the conclusion of the party. Membership is required to have a pool party. Each event will have a party staff who will assist with set-up, & clean-up for your event.
For Your Safety
Any individual under the age of 18 must pass a swim test to use the shallow or deep end (any area past the 3ft. depth marker rope line including the diving board and both of the slides). Once the individual has passed the test, they will be issued a wrist band that must be worn. Children who have not passed the swim test can use the small slide if a parent is in the water waiting for the child. All must adhere to all rules and regulations of the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston.
All swimmers under the age of 3 or swimmers over the age of 3 who are NOT fully potty trained must be double diapered. This may be two reusable Water Diapers or one disposable Water Diaper and one reusable Water Diaper. Diapers can be purchase on the day of your event at the Aquatics Park Store for $10.
No refunds will be given if cancellation is within 24 hours prior to the scheduled party. However, any refunds issued will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
$75 deposit is due to hold the date. Balance is due at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. Payment for any additional swimmers will be collected prior to the conclusion of the party.
In the event of rain: If party starts and it begins to rain heavily or there is thunder and/or lighting, the party will be moved indoors if space is available. If there is no space available indoors, the party can be rescheduled. An additional rescheduling fee of $45 will be assessed. Rescheduling fee may be waived if party calls to reschedule due to weather 24 hours prior to party.
By submitting this contract, you agree with the information given and accept full responsibility for 100% of fees/current membership status and verify the information completed is correct.
