Package Includes - $260
What is included in the 2 hour party:
- Reserved party room
- 1 hour of gymnastics activities lead by certified gymnastics staff (one lead staff/host plus an assistant*)
- Set-up & clean up (tables and chairs for food, present table, empty garbage cans)
- Lead staff assistance in party room to make cake serving, present gathering and transportation of gifts simple and expeditious
* Number of staff assistants will be determined and scheduled by Party Coordinator and is based on age and number of attendees.
All prices are based on up to 15 guests (guests include siblings). Additional guests are welcome for an additional $9 per guest. Each event will have a party staff who will assist with set-up, & clean-up for your event.
$100 deposit is due to hold the date. Balance is due the Monday following the scheduled party date. Payment for any additional guests will be collected upon payment of balance.
No refunds will be given if cancellation is within 24 hours prior to the scheduled party. However, any refunds issued will be assessed a $50 administrative fee.
By submitting this form you should expect a call in the next 48 hours from Leslie Holmes, Gymnastics Front Office Manager, to confirm your party, schedule the appropriate gym space and collect the necessary $100 deposit that reserves your party.
