Update for Thursday, Jan 30

J Camps registration kicks off on Sunday, Feb 2! Hopefully you have had a chance to review the J Camps Guide and get your Fast Pass in preparation for registration.

We have a critical update for the registration process on Sunday. As you are aware, the J launched a new program registration platform in December. In our final testing of the user interface for camp registration, we have encountered some challenges which do not meet our standards of customer service for our families, so we're making some adjustments to make the process as smooth for our members as possible. 

On Sunday, February 2, we will launch a temporary online application process for all of our families wishing to register at home as well as those coming to register in person at the J, with the exception of Camp Bami. (Camp Bami will continue to only register in person at the J.) You will not need to log in to submit your online application.

We will post the link to registration on the J Camps homepage, as well as in our online community platform


All applications will be time-stamped when they are submitted so we are aware of the order in which they are received. All applicants will receive a confirmation by email when the application is submitted. You will receive an official receipt via email within the following two weeks with confirmation of enrollment. Enrollment in camp is confirmed only when you receive this emailed receipt.

A few reminders for Sunday:

  1. Be sure to have your Fast Pass with you! This will ensure your account is up to date and you are all set to register.
  2. Bring a payment method with you. You’ll need to provide a credit card or ACH information for your checking account. You can also pay your deposit by check or credit card.
  3. Review the J Camps Guide and complete your camp application paper form prior to arrival.
  4. Remember – Camp Bami registration is only available in person.

As of Dec 4, 2019 we’re live on our new membership and program platform! Your previous online account logins will no longer work. You’ll need to set up a new account on our new and improved platform where you can manage your account info, make payments, update payment types on file, register for programs and more! Create your new online account today.

UPDATE: Software Migration

We are pleased to share some exciting changes are in store in the coming weeks.  

We shared with you last week that we have been working hard to deliver a new, more seamless, digital experience for our community, and that in early December, we’ll be going live on a new integrated member platform built on the world’s leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, Salesforce.

The final stages of this software migration will require us to pause our current software to allow for data migration. We plan to complete this work during the week of Thanksgiving in order to minimize the disruption.

Spectrum NG, our current membership and program management software, will be shut down as of close of business at 10:00 PM on Monday, November 25. Our staff access to PatronManager for event ticket sales will also be paused at the same time, but online ticket sales at, will still be available during this time.

We will bring our systems back online at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 2.

This will include the launch of a new online program registration experience. This new platform will require all users to setup a new online account, including a new username and password. You’ll be able to create your new account using your email you have on file with us. We will send instructions on how to set up your new account once the system is live and available on Monday, December 2. 

We’ll continue to keep you updated should any adjustments to this timeline be needed and will follow up with additional instructions on your new online account setup next week.

Exciting Changes are on the Horizon

We are very excited to share some exciting changes are in store in the coming weeks.

We have been working hard to deliver a new, more seamless, digital experience for our community. In early December, we’ll be going live on a new integrated member platform built on the world’s leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform, Salesforce.

You’ll find a new, friendlier interface when registering for programs online, with streamlined ability to register for programs for multiple family members in a single cart. Managing your account online will now be simplified as well, and for the first time, when you update your physical address, phone number or email, it’s updating that info across every department at the J. This change will also allow us to better communicate with you about facility news, class and program offerings and special events at the J. 

We’ll also have a new JCC app where you’ll be able to:

  • Book tennis courts
  • Schedule personal training and massages
  • Schedule tennis lessons
  • View group exercise schedule and add classes to your calendar
  • And more!

We are currently anticipating going live with our new platform on Monday, December 2. We know we can count on your support as we work through this platform change.
