Group Exercise and Fitness & Mind/Body Classes
Free group exercise and mind/body classes are available at no cost to Health, Sports and Fitness members and Tennis Members (18+ Yrs). Some of these classes are also available to Program Members or those without a membership at an additional cost.

With personalized routines and structured workouts, our Personal Trainers can help you reach your fitness goals.
Massage therapy relieves stress, helps manage muscle pain, improves flexibility and promotes relaxation. Our certified massage therapists specialize in Swedish, Sports, Neuromuscular, Chair and MyoFascial Stretch Therapy. Please check back for updates on when sessions will resume.
Our Fitness Center offers complimentary babysitting for Health, Sports and Fitness members’ children and Tennis Center members’ children ages 3 years old to 10 years old.
