J Ride Transportation
J Ride provides safe, reliable, non-emergency transportation for Jewish adults age 60 plus and adults with disabilities.
We will pick up the rider at their home and drive them to:
- Medical appointments
- Pharmacy to pick-up prescriptions
- Personal care appointments
- Grocery store
To qualify for the program, participants must be:
- At least 60 years of age
- Reside within the following zip codes: 77025, 77035, 77036, 77071, 77096, and 77401
Be affiliated with a local Jewish organization. - Reservations can be made at least 24 hours before an appointment (or up to 6 months in advance). The program is available Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. There is a fee for this service.
The enrollment packet must be completed before scheduling a ride.
