Action Boys (5-7 yrs):
Meets two days per week to develop to skills to prepare for joining the Boys Level 3/4 team in future. The boys will utilize gymnastics stations and instruction to learn more skills and focus on flexibility and strength. Focus will be on improving skill sets, esteem and discipline. *Must have approval from Boys Head Coach*
