Ballet/Tap 2 (Grades 1-2) | Thur 4:00 PM
It is highly recommended that dance students participate in BOTH the fall and spring semester of J Dance in order to be eligible for our annual Dance Recital in May. New students who join in the spring will be skills-tested by one of our dance instructors to see if they qualify for recital.
Ballet / Tap 1 (Kinder)
Students will develop dance class etiquette and spatial awareness skills. Age appropriate ballet exercises and positions are introduced, as well as basic tap rhythms and footwork.
Ballet / Tap 2 (Grades 1-2)
Students will begin experiencing a more structured dance class while continuing to nurture creativity and joy in movement. Dancers will expand on the foundations developed in previous classes while learning even more ballet and tap terminology and technique.
