This advanced-level class is designed for participants who have completed the introductory Fit and Fearless After 40 program. This advanced class ventures into bone-building and metabolism-boosting heavier lifting and power generation.


Fit & Fearless After 40: An 8-Week Strength Training Program for Peri- and Post-Menopausal Women:

This 8-week course is designed to help women navigate the physical changes of peri- and post-menopause through evidence-based strength training. As estrogen levels decline, muscle mass, bone density, and metabolism naturally decrease — but targeted resistance training can counter these effects and support long-term health, confidence, and vitality. Each week, you’ll learn proper lifting form, how to safely progress load, and the key principles of effective strength training. The program covers technique, injury prevention, and strategies to improve balance, posture, and joint health. You’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to build a sustainable routine that supports hormonal balance, bone strength, and overall well-being. Empower your body with the tools to stay strong, capable, and energized through every stage of life.
