This 8-week course is designed to help women navigate the physical changes of peri- and post-menopause through evidence-based strength training. As estrogen levels decline, muscle mass, bone density and metabolism naturally decrease, but targeted resistance training can counter these effects and support long-term health, confidence and vitality.
