This class focuses on evidence-based strength training to counter these effects, helping maintain lean muscle, strengthen bones, improve balance, and support metabolic and cardiovascular health. Learn the appropriate exercise guidelines, progressive training principles and recovery strategies to stay strong, energized and resilient through every stage of menopause.
Fit & Fearless After 40: An 8-Week Strength Training Program for Peri- and Post-Menopausal Women:
This 8-week course is designed to help women navigate the physical changes of peri- and post-menopause through evidence-based strength training. As estrogen levels decline, muscle mass, bone density and metabolism naturally decrease, but targeted resistance training can counter these effects and support long-term health, confidence and vitality. Each week, you’ll learn proper lifting form, how to safely progress load and the key principles of effective strength training.
