School Age 1 Swim Class, Thursday, 4:30 PM
School Age 1 Swim Lessons
5-12 Years
The School Age 1 class is for swimmers aged 5 to 12 with little to no experience in the water. This class focuses on exploring the water, working on body positioning and water safety skills. Swimmers in this class will be taught how to retrieve submerged objects, the front and back strokes, roll over in the water, float, tread water and exiting the water independently.
School Age 2 Swim Lessons
5-12 Years
The School Age 2 class is for swimmers aged 5 to 12 with some experience in the water. This class focuses on building stamina in the water, working on body positioning and water safety skills. Swimmers in this class will be taught how to retrieve submerged objects, build distance on their front and back strokes, effectively roll over in the water, float, tread water longer, and independently jump in, turn around and exit the water.
