Stay Young Through Fitness, 60+ Yrs
Senior Fitness class for seniors 60+ designed to help increase mobility, strength and endurance. Class is designed to accommodate for sitting and standing exercise.
Dancing to the Classics, 60+ Yrs
Work out to your favorite songs from the 60s and 70s, songs that our grandparents loved and that we ourselves know by heart. You will be singing along and won’t notice when you break out in a sweat! This work-out is fun and intended for people of all ages, sizes, and for both women and men.
