Teen/Adult Intermediate Ballet Wed 6:45 PM (Jan-Mar)
Teen/Adult Intro to Ballet – Introductory class is designed for adult students with zero or minimal ballet experience. Emphasis is on the fundamentals of ballet technique. Learn classical ballet skills and technique. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor exercises. Ballet shoes are required.
Teen/Adult Intermediate Ballet
For the advanced beginner/intermediate level student with 2-3 years previous training in ballet. Students will gain a more complete understanding of ballet technique. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique and alignment and increasing strength, flexibility, rhythm and musicality.
