Revitalize Your Back Workshop:

This two-part workshop blends movement, learning and conversation to help you understand and relieve back and neck discomfort—from tightness and pain to disc issues and scoliosis. Discover small, smart movement changes that make a big difference in yoga, sports and daily life. Leave feeling stronger, lighter and more at ease, with a clearer sense of how your spine works and how to move in ways that support it.

Heal tightness, restore balance and move with ease. This two-part workshop will change the way your hips feel and function. Whether you’re an athlete, yogi or just want to move with more freedom, you’ll learn why tight hips, cranky flexors and achy joints happen… and how to fix them. Through smart movement and practical awareness, you’ll discover how to strengthen, mobilize and protect your hips so you can move with balance and ease in everything you do.

Reclaim space, strength and ease. This two-part workshop helps you release tension, improve mobility and build lasting shoulder strength. Learn why tightness and pain develop—and how small changes in posture and movement can prevent or heal common issues like rotator cuff or biceps tendon strain. You’ll refine everyday and athletic movements to protect your joints, move more efficiently and feel lighter, taller and freer across your upper body.
Sciatica Nerve Relief:
This class is designed to help relieve discomfort caused by sciatic nerve irritation through gentle, targeted techniques that release tension, reduce pain and restore mobility.
