Fitness Center

Our newly-remodeled, state-of-the-art fitness center includes access to over 50 group exercise classes each week, personal/pilates training, massage therapy, Indoor Cycling Studio, a large Group Exercise Studio and a Personal Pilates Studio. 

Group Exercise and Fitness & Mind/Body Classes

50+ free group exercise and mind/body classes available at no cost to Health, Sports and Fitness members and Tennis Members (18+ Yrs).  Some of these classes are also available to Program Members or those without a membership at an additional cost. 

Small Group Training 
We offer a variety of small fee-based fitness classes on the Fitness Center floor which are instructed by a personal trainer. These classes remain smaller in size and are similar to a personal training session with a group of people.
