The JCC fitness center is a place where our members can go to engage in physical exercise and improve their overall health and wellness. We offer a variety of exercise equipment, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines and free weights, as well as group fitness classes and personal training services.
Inside, you’ll find modern cardio and strength equipment, spacious training areas and a full lineup of group fitness classes that keep workouts fresh and fun. Our certified trainers and instructors are here to guide, motivate and help you move with confidence, no matter your experience level. Kid Care for Tennis, Health & Wellness Members
Kid Care provides childcare while parents/guardians workout at the J! Available for children ages 3 months to 11 years, Kid Care offers an engaging, caring play space for kids. Learn more here.
J Kid Care Parent Handbook
This handbook is designed to provide you with specific information about our
program. During your visit to the J, our Kid Care staff will provide fun and safe, ageappropriate activities for your child
Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates focuses on the range of motion, flexibility and strength with a reformer. This class also works your core and muscles for a full endurance type of training.
Reformer Classes are limited to 6 participants. This allows you to exercise with Pilates enthusiasts of similar experience and fitness level while still having personalized attention from your instructor.

Group Fitness
Ready to get led through a tough spin class or stretch out your muscles in a yoga class? Whichever it is our group exercise program has a large variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Our classes are led by an experienced, certified instructor and take place at our fitness center in one of our four spacious studios or lap pools. Our classes focus on various types of exercise, such as cardio, strength training, yoga or Pilates, and more.
Personal Training
Do you want to take your workouts to the next level but don’t know where to start? Our team of certified personal trainers can help! Our trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or improve your overall health and wellness and do so with less chance of injury. With personalized training plans and one-on-one guidance, our trainers will help you make progress faster and more effectively than you could on your own.
STYKU
Get ready for STYKU—a 3D body scanner that analyses your body composition in less than one minute and produces accurate, detailed results, allowing you to create a personal and attainable workout plan. It tracks your progress, highlights your achievements and empowers you to reach your fitness goals!
Teen Fitness
Teen fitness is about more than building strength—it’s about creating healthy habits that support physical, mental and emotional well-being. Regular exercise helps teens boost confidence, manage stress, improve focus and build lifelong skills like discipline and resilience. At the J, our fitness center has programs specifically designed to help teens train in a safe and supportive environment.
