Fitness Center Adds New Strength Class

Our Fitness Center's group exercise schedule has been lacking a mid-week strength class in the evenings, and we have been waiting for the perfect instructor to fill that spot. 

Welcome Bree Turner to the J family! 

Bree is a NASM certified personal trainer with great taste in music and a love for group exercise. Bree has worked with all sorts of clients and enjoys teaching a boot camp style class without the drill sergeant seriousness. 

Her NEW class, Strength and Conditioning, is the perfect mix of athleticism, muscle engagement and fun. Make sure you check it out at 7:30 PM on Wednesday evenings in the group exercise room.

Don’t let the early morning lifters take all the credit; our evening strength classes are putting up a fight!
