Babies & Biceps
Come ready to sweat and workout to a kid-friendly playlist. All levels welcome in this 45-minute low impact class! No equipment necessary. This workout will incorporate your baby if they are not mobile, allowing some special bonding time while you work! Mix of yoga, pilates, cardio and strength.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to wear their child in a carrier or have their children roam around the indoor playscape! Take some time for yourself and meet some new friends!
