Movement Matters: Exercise for Midlife Women

Instructor: Blair Bradshaw MAT, LAT, ATC

This class focuses on evidence-based strength training to counter the effects of peri and post menopause, helping maintain lean muscle, strengthen bones, improve balance and support metabolic and cardiovascular health. Learn the appropriate exercise guidelines, progressive training principles and recovery strategies to stay strong, energized and resilient through every stage of menopause.
