Nutrition Workshop

Join Registered Dietician Rachel Cohen and Morgan Jankovic in a dynamic nutrition workshop. Gain insights into balanced eating, explore tasty and nourishing recipes, and develop lifelong healthy eating habits. Sample delectable dishes that will inspire your culinary journey towards better well-being.

Skill level: This class is open to all skill levels. You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.

Class includes: Class includes sampling of dietician approved foods, information sheets and a glass of wine.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.

Instructors: Rachel Cohen and Morgan Jankovic

Rachel earned a BS in Education with a degree in Community Health from the University of Kansas, as well as a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Rachel has spent the past nine years working as a dietitian in the outpatient setting. She also has experience working at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level of care for eating disorders. Rachel specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating and a non-diet approach weight management with an emphasis on intuitive eating. Rachel is passionate about the principles of intuitive eating and supporting others on their journey to food freedom. Rachel’s goal as a dietitian is to help others build a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

Morgan Jankovic earned her Entrepreneurship degree at St. Edwards University after she started her own purse company, Movi Purses, in high school. After realizing her passion for cooking, she earned her associates degree in Pastry from Houston Community College. After working for various jobs in the industry including Compass Group, she started The Foodie Chef, a person chef service for healthy weekly meals. Motherhood came upon her and she has been focusing on her children since. Follow along on instagram @Thefoodiechef

Paying adult must accompany ages 16 & under.

Advance registration is required for all classes 24 hours before the class begins. Full refunds will only be given if a registration is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. We request that all participants arrive on time for classes. For some classes, late arrivals may not be able to participate in the class.
