Pasta Palooza for Teens

Explore the world of pasta making in our exciting class for teens. From crafting fresh pasta to mastering delicious sauces, our hands-on sessions empower young chefs to create gourmet dishes with flair. Students will make 2 types of pasta and one scratch-made sauce.

Skill level: This class is open to all skill levels, ages 11 to 15. You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.

Instructor: Chef Tia Hazelwood

Meet Tia Hazelwood, a Personal Chef and Recreational Culinary Instructor with a true passion for food. Originally from Wisconsin, Tia discovered her love for cooking at an early age and has since made it her life’s work. After settling in Texas, she began offering catering services and teaching culinary classes to pursue her dream. Tia is a master at creating fusion recipes and takes pride in making everything from scratch. Although she has catered events for over 80 guests, she found she enjoyed smaller, more intimate gatherings centered around her teachings. This led her to start hosting pasta-making classes, and to her delight, she found that guests were eager to participate and collaborate throughout the class. This positive experience has inspired Tia to host more classes in the future.
