Fish can be an intimidating protein for some of us to master. This hands-on lunch and learn will guide you through understanding how to make the perfect salmon cakes.

Chef Ellen Schwartz has been cooking since she was nine. Her father and grandfather owned grocery stores, so she has been around food and foodies her entire life. Cooking is Chef Ellen’s passion! She’s constantly striving to improve all that she does. Her summers are spent teaching cooking techniques and recipes to children at venues that include Wharton Kids’ College in Sugarland, St. Luke’s Methodist Church in Houston, and West University’s After School Program called Kid’s Connect.
Advance registration is required for all classes 24 hours before the class begins. Full refunds will only be given if a registration is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. We request that all participants arrive on time for classes. For some classes, late arrivals may not be able to participate in the class.
