Sunrise Stretch in the Sukkah

Boker tov, good morning! Welcome the day with a “sunrise” stretch family yoga class in the Sukkah. Show off your best lulav and etrog poses and enjoy a peaceful 45-minute yoga class. Following the class, fulfill the mitzvah (good deed) of eating a snack in the Sukkah. Families will also have the opportunity to shake the lulav and etrog and recite the Sukkah blessings.

This will take place in the Evelyn Rubenstein JCC Sukkah, located in the parking lot of the Bertha Alyce School.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and water. This class is intended for ages 3 and older.

Cost: FREE, though advance registration is required. Please RSVP per person.
