Houston gymnastics center

At the Houston Gymnastics Center (HGC) Rubenstein Gymnastics Training Center, people of all ages build strength, flexibility and confidence in a supportive, well-equipped training environment. Our facility offers a wide range of classes designed for beginners through advanced participants, with instruction focused on proper technique, safe progressions and practical skill development.

With over 18,000 square feet of training space, our gym includes a preschool center, three separate free foam training pits, multiple competitive trampolines with 30-foot ceiling, rod floor, two tumble tracks and all the men’s, women’s and trampoline and tumbling Olympic apparatus. It’s a place to train with intention, develop new skills and enjoy movement in a straightforward, supportive setting. Our mission is to create happy and healthy human beings, both physically and mentally, of all ages through the sport of gymnastics.

Our recreational programs offer gymnastics and trampoline & tumbling classes for all ages and abilities.  As soon as your child can walk, we offer preschool classes, and our school age classes start at kindergarten for boys and girls, beginner through advanced.

Gymnastics Camp is more than just gymnastics. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment and programing to stay physically fit and have a great time. Campers are divided into similar level groups to encourage interaction, a perfect way to work on learning new skills and make new friends! We incorporate active games for fun and trampoline for spatial awareness. Campers also have swim time each day in our new J pools – come join the gymnastics camp fun!

Pricing for JCC members is $17/class, pricing for non-members is $25/class. All classes are drop-in, payment will be made after each class that you attend. For more information please contact Sarah Kaiser at skaiser@erjcchouston.org
