International Yoga Day
Enjoy a broad range of yoga styles with our amazing yoga instructors as we come together to celebrate International Yoga Day!
Mats and blocks will be set up throughout the room. Each session is followed by a break for silent stretching and meditation. Feel free to stay the whole time or to use these breaks to enter or exit. Please wait outside if the next session has already started.
