Our recreational program offers gymnastics and trampoline & tumbling classes classes for all ages and abilities, boys and girls, beginner through advanced, preschool through adult.

Join the finest competitive gymnastics team program in Houston – for Girls Level 2 through Elite, Boys Level 4 through Elite, Excel and Trampoline & Tumbling.

Always a camper favorite, we offer gymnastics camp during the summer and holiday breaks. Gymnastics technique, active games and daily swimming are all part of this high-energy camp.

Best for anyone new to the sport of gymnastics, returning athletes who were never competitive and anyone else who does not have the skills listed for intermediate.

Class includes 30 minutes of stretching and static warmup, 30 minutes of basic tumbling skills and 30 minutes of basic skills on a second event.

• Intermediate/Advanced Adults

Best for former competitive gymnasts returning to the sport, gymnasts currently planning to compete with the Space City Legacy adult team and other experienced athletes in the sport of gymnastics.

This is a self guided open workout session which is not appropriate for complete beginners. For a taught class, please attend a Tuesday or Thursday beginner session.
