Join acclaimed Israeli novelist and filmmaker Ron Segal for a discussion of his forthcoming novel, Delicate, selected as the sixth title in Jewish Book Council’s Nu Reads series. Haunted by the recent death of his wife, renowned Israeli writer and Holocaust survivor Adam Schumacher sets out on a journey to chronicle their love story before it’s too late. Decades after he fled the Nazis, Adam returns to Germany, where he confronts his past and his rapidly eroding memory. Delicate is a lyrical and candid novel about the unstable work of remembering. 

This fall, Ayin Press released an exclusive early edition of Delicate through Nu Reads. Segal is currently adapting the novel into an animated film.
