Parent & Baby Art Excursion

Join us for our second event in this series, at the exhibition: Frieda Kahlo:The Making of an Icon.

Parents and babies are invited to join the young parent community, Kehila, as we explore the art exhibition with babies in tow.* Not only will this be a perfect opportunity for parents to socialize and immerse in some culture, but it’ll also be great for the babies too! The little ones can gain from the visual stimulation and enjoy their ride around the museum! The tour will be relaxed and conversational, accommodating fully to the needs of young parents. The tour will be led by May fisher, our family engagement coordinator, who has worked at top art museums including the Guggenheim, Whitney and MFAH, specializing in art museum engagement.

*Babies in strollers or carriers only.

About the art exhibition:
Frida Kahlo’s surrealist art has resonated with millions of individuals around the globe. This exhibition tells the story of how she became one of the world’s most influential artists. Her stunning surrealist art is sure to stimulate an interesting conversation!
