Fitness Center
The JCC fitness center is a place where our members can go to engage in physical exercise and improve their overall health and wellness. We offer a variety of exercise equipment, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines, and free weights, as well as group fitness classes and personal training services.
Our state-of-the-art fitness equipment has something for everyone, from Technogym, Precor, Matrix, and more. Our group fitness classes range from a peaceful yoga to a high energy cardio class. We also offer additional amenities such as saunas, swimming pools, and more! All of this available to our members with our motivated fitness staff ready to help.

Teen Fitness
Teen Fitness Orientations – Teen orientations are required for kids ages 11-15 years and are scheduled on Mondays at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required. Please reserve your spot on the my J App.
Teen Strength Class – Learn how to strength train in a safe and supportive environment. This program is led by 1-2 of our certified personal trainers. Offered in 6-week sessions on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM. Register here.
Teen/Parent Bootcamp – Workout with your teenager and enjoy some quality time while improving your health at the same time. This program is led by one of our certified personal trainers. Offered in 6-week sessions on Sundays at 1:00 PM. Register here.
