KRAV Fitness combines the elements of the Israeli military style system of self-defense with the practical principles of general fitness. Campers will have the opportunity to learn the tactical techniques of how to protect themselves while developing natural instincts and situational awareness. They will also gain the knowledge of building strength, flexibility and endurance and basic nutritional principles. This program is designed to increase both physical and mental capacity along with teaching participants principles that can be used for a lifetime. This is a half day camp and will take place from 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM. |

Teen PAC offers campers the opportunity to spend three weeks together as they rehearse and perform the musical production of Rock of Ages. Set on the famous Sunset Strip in 1987, the show tells the story of Drew and Sherrie, who have both travelled to L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Campers will also delve into the core elements of acting through scene and character study, as well behind-the-scenes tech work. |

This brand-new camp will allow teens to stretch their acting muscles in front of a camera. Students will learn a variety of film and TV acting techniques, with monologue work, scene work, and even commercial work.
