Camp Description
KRAV Fitness combines the elements of the Israeli military style system of self-defense with the practical principles of general fitness. Campers will have the opportunity to learn the tactical techniques of how to protect themselves while developing natural instincts and situational awareness. They will also gain the knowledge of building strength, flexibility and endurance and basic nutritional principles. This program is designed to increase both physical and mental capacity along with teaching participants principles that can be used for a lifetime.
This is a half day camp and will take place from 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

Camp Description
Campers will have rich creative experiences each week in our Teen Art Camp! Each week will explore a different theme, so that campers can grow as well-rounded artists and learn to work in different mediums and styles. Led by professional art teachers, our campers will be in great hands as they learn to learn to trust their creative instincts. 
This is a half day camp and will take place from 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

Perfect for the advanced theatre student, Broadway Boot Camp is designed to provide teens with an intensive study of musical theatre to build skills in acting, singing, and dance. Teen Performing Arts Camp (PAC)

Camp Description
Teen PAC offers campers the opportunity to spend three weeks together as they rehearse and perform the musical production of Rock of Ages. Set on the famous Sunset Strip in 1987, the show tells the story of Drew and Sherrie, who have both travelled to L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Campers will also delve into the core elements of acting through scene and character study, as well behind-the-scenes tech work.

Camp Description
This brand-new camp will allow teens to stretch their acting muscles in front of a camera. Students will learn a variety of film and TV acting techniques, with monologue work, scene work, and even commercial work. At the end of the week, parents will receive digital files for their camper's on-camera work.

In the fourth largest city in America, there is always something to do! This summer at the J, we are exploring the best Houston has to offer. Enjoy daily field trips to water parks, arcades, art studios, and more! Something new every day. 

Week 2 | Water Week: Pack your swimsuit for a week of fun in the sun! Take daily trips to different water attractions all over Houston. Don’t forget the sunblock! 

Week 5 | Wild Card: Can’t decide what to do this week? We’ve got you! Enjoy trips to all new places with your friends featuring all that Houston has to offer! *Wild Card does not include any water activities

Camp Description
Are you a future bestselling author? If so, join the J and Inprint for a creative writing experience. This camp is open to individuals of all backgrounds, including those who are exploring creative writing for the first time, as well as aspiring writers who want to prepare work for publication. Explore various genres of writing and learn new skills.  Inprint is Houston’s premier literary arts nonprofit organization. 
This is a half day camp and will take place from 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

Camp Description
In partnership with Generation Serve, this camp gives teens a chance to earn community service hours while making a difference in their community. Travel to a new non-profit organization every day and participate in projects with local organizations.  Teens will be going to Harris County Animal Shelter, Houston Botanic Garden, Books Between Kids and more!
This is a half day camp and will take place from 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
